Supreme Enterprises (Regd) has a manufacturing unit equipped with the latest machinery in a prestigious industrial area for manufacturing of complete range of suction units in completely dust free environment. 

The factory organization includes different sections such as Administration, Machining, Assembling, Testing, R&D, Packing & Dispatch. We also have all facilities for development of moulds and dies. The company has excellent sales network

Production Unit

Latest machinery & equipments are the hallmarks of our ultra-modern manufacturing unit. The capacity of our unit is 400-600 suction units per month & it is the one of the largest manufacturing unit in India.

Our trained, skilled operators working on their individual workstations, following well defined systematic procedures. Our production engineers supervise and ensure Quality of our units throughout the complete manufacturing process

Packaging

We value packaging as not just a solitary process, but as an integral part of our product delivery mechanism. Our packaging is a reflection of our high quality products that also ensures maximum product safety.

We offer Thermocol packaging in 7 ply corrugated export worthy cartons reinforced with plastic straps to provide adequate protection against any in-transit damage. We have our own in-house auto strapping machines. In addition to the standard packaging, we can also offer "Custom Packaging" in wooden pallets for bulk orders.

Quality Control

For complete quality assurance our qualified Engineers take charge of the Quality Control process.

We have all in-house testing arrangements & panels for undertaking critical tests like :

(A) Leakage current & High Voltage test.
(B) Insulation Resistance test
(C) Protection Against Electric Shock.

All testing equipments are calibrated annually by National Laboratories, which were approved by Govt. of India.

Warehousing

Our modern manufacturing unit, sprawling over an area of 5000 sq. ft, provides high quality storage environment that ensures complete safety of the products. Spacious enough to store 250~300 Machines at any instance, the warehouse boasts of 24 hour on-site security, and efficient material handling systems.
